I don't know much about the proofs, but I do know that the FBL designation
does not apply to them, only business strikes.

I don't know much about grading proofs either. I usually don't like toning on proofs but this is an attractive coin. I like it.

BTW, Mercury10c is correct about the FBL designation. It's the same with any series that uses designations, FS for Jeff 5c, FB for Merc and Roos 10c, and so on. These only apply to business strikes.
