Yes. You just have to add the 1st strike fee. Did it last quarter on the Presidents with a Proof Van Buren - alas, not a 70.

I decided not to send in my UHR, figured it wasn't worth it and that it would be better in the OGP... with the prices being posted on the BST, maybe I was wrong!!
I might be getting a 1909/8 $20 Saint this week, might send that one in as my CC special, will see if it's worth grading when I get it.
