Need Help on 1972 Silver Comm of 125th Anniv of Postage Stamp

I can't seem to find any info on this silver commem. Can anybody help out?
It is for the 125th Anniversary of the Postage Stamp. The obverse is shown in the low quality pic. It is dated 1972 and has portraits of Franklin and Washington with the 1847-1972 commemorating time span. The reverse has the USPS symbol with text explaining how mail was paid for before 1847 and then after the introduction of the stamp. There are no markings denoting fineness, weight, or who minted it. It seems to be about the size of a silver round.

I would really appreciate any info.

Thanks.
John
