When the new quarterly special came out, it referred to a sun on the coin to be eligible. Questions were raised about no sun but sun raw. It was not clear from the PCGS description as to wheter the suns ray were allowed. Well here it is the new PCGS definition of the Quarterly Special:
To honor the inauguration of the new U.S. President, PCGS will accept any U.S. coin which depicts a sun or the sun's rays as a way of symbolizing a new direction, with a maximum value of $1,000, for this quarter's PCGS Collectors Club Submission Special
