Help with a couple more....are these worth anything?

What is this card? Kinda shame I have sooo much junk I can't even remember what I pulled this out of. Couldn't find a thing on eBay like it.

Brett Farve Flight to 420
An ebay search shows these have various runs from 10-199. Any idea?

Considering your Favre is #1 out of 50. Thats a good start. I am no help on either card though!
  • Search Donruss or leaf B/W There's a few in ebay stores one Leaf on auction.

Used to own a few. Think they sold for a few bucks. Don't remember the name of the set.

I used to know how to decipher the letters on the back. Sorry, I forgot.

Ask this guy on ebay as he says his VTYR means Very Truly Yours

The Farve is from the 2008 series. Check out ebay and see if you can find the same one. It seems like there are many different cards in that series.

Yeah, I've found a few of the Farves that are in the same series but numbered 1/199. They sell for about $3-5 and I saw a 1/10 that went for $20 but nothing in between.

I've been paying $5-10 plus shipping for the blue refractors and usually about $20-25 for the red refractors, Favre really screwed up the end of his career and between that and there being so many of these cards the demand just isn't there.

I guess I didn't know it was a blue refractor until you said so.

  • I have or had a Maddux card just like the Rickey but can't remember what type of pack it was pulled from.

The Rickey is a 2003 Leaf Exhibits... numbered to various low quantities (less than 100)

You'd think they would have value, but they don't even the ones numbered to 25 or so. They were seeded 4-6 per box, if I recall correctly.

    i have a similar rickey henderson #'d/27..

i think they're actually considered 2004, even though they have the 2003 copyright date on the back..

  • The Rickey is a 2004 Leaf Exhibits, they came in the 2004 Leaf and Leaf Second Edition boxes and packs. I have some of these but none of mine are numbered, the initials on the back correspond with the words on the front, that is how they are listed in the price guides.
  • Made in the USA - at least we still make something.

Nice Rickys ! Thanks for sharing.
