Must not be an item that anyone wants to pay more than a couple of dollars for? That seems to happen when a lot of people are interested, but don't want to cause an artificial price spike in the item.
It happened to me early last year when I was selling off my antique fishing lures collection. I had lures that had 12+ watchers, but they all ended up getting bids on the last 2 days and some sold for $100 to $200. So you never know. Make sure you are getting lots of views and that you are in the right category.
I watch items that I want but might be overpriced. Often I'm trying to get it at a cheaper price so want to see it NOT sell and then use the relist link to find it when its relisted.
I watch some stuff I already own, just to see what it would bring in today's market, you never know.I also watch some buy-it-nows, just to see if they ever sell,I'm watching two Ted Williams "slendid splinter" autographed portraits, one is for $999.99 obo,has 5 or 6 offers, then there's one with a buy it now for $399,same piece #ed 1000,can't figure out why they don't just buy the $399 one? I wish someone would pull the trigger on the $999 one, then i will list mine.

In the case of the 200.00 Item they could be waiting to see what happens.
