    Just wondering in regards to the blem mark Bill mentioned as I ripped lots of 82-84 rack packs and those marks seemed very common. What type of reduction does the PSA make for those? Is that another mark in Jeff S's bangs?

    Still a great pull and thanks for the nice scan.

    Beauty is in the eye of the grade holder. I guess it depends on how bad it stands out and if the grader sees it. I sent in a 1979 Nolan Ryan from a group rip last summer that was perfect other than a tiny stain that was clearly visible in a scan but I didn't see it prior to scanning. Either PSA missed it or only deducted one grade for it. Came back a 9.
