I have gold and silver finds......but this ring was unique...

favorite silver piece: indian chief pin. found in a dump dating from 1906 and earlier.

one of my favorite gold items. wish i had some better pics of it. dug same place as the indian. this piece is about the size of a nickel and is 14k. even the pin is gold.

do you ever wonder how the person who lost these things must have felt ?

Sometimes when Im digging and finding some really good stuff ,it crosses my mind .

Beach-dry sand 3 or 4 inch deep. Gave a reading of FOIL :-)
