Does anyone out there have a copy of the recent ANS COAC proceedings on the Mark Newby coppers?
If so, how does it compare to some of the previous papers that have appeared in the CNL? Is there substantial new information?
Quite honestly, I'm trying to avoid paying the hundred bucks for the COAC proceedings, but I need a good reason to do so

That's the only reference I could find that discussed Mark Newby coppers - specifically St. Patrick coppers.
And I do not have a copy of the actual proceedings. If you find out where to get a copy - or if you are talking about a more recent conference - please let me know.
