If grote and dutymon and others are still putting together a "data base" on pack resealers, the roadmap that lsutigers found is a pretty fair treasure trove.
By cross-checking the FB involved in the dozens of transactions, many IDs involved in pack-reaealing and other potential scams are revealed.

EBAY needs to ban the sale of empty wrappers, unless they are made into a collage or other artwork.
I used to make a bunch of money selling Tiffany/Coach shopping bags, boxes and wrapping/tissue-paper. Such listings are now prohibited.
Folks Who Bite Get Bitten. Folks Who Don't Bite Get Eaten.
Ebay doesn't need to ban the sale of anything collectible. Wrappers are as collectible as cards and just because a small minority of buyers use them to make packs doesn't mean they should be banned from sale. You don't ban the sale of cards because somebody might trim them and pass them off later as a higher grade. What they do need to do is have somebody who understands the problem and be able to quickly pull the plug when a scammer selling bad packs is identified. Maybe it's the same kind of thinking that EBay bigwigs use. Get rid of all those troublesome collectible listings in favor of more ipod listings.

Well, Ebay has made it where my wife who had bought some Tiffany and Coach (she even supplied receipts to Ebay) a couple of years ago couldn't sell them on ebay because of a few counterfeiters. I understand your point. The bottom line is buyer beware out there when you buy from an unknown or shady seller.

I know EBAY needs money, but they probably should get it somewhere else.
