Finished my 1986 Fleer Basketball PSA 9 Set

I was able to acquire the last 7 cards I needed to finish this set last night. A little history, I purchased a PSA 9 Jordan from LD Ferg (David Ferguson) last August 17th before I really knew these boards even exsisted. From there I kept building this set in PSA 9 and now I am finally complete! I wanted to take a minute to thank a few board members who REALLY helped me out along the way:

BillWaltonsBeard
LD Ferg
CDsNuts
BKritz

Bill Feldmaier
Bret Toman

All the other Ebay sellers!

Anyone else that I might have missed along the way, Thanks very much for all the help!

Thats a great question. I am trying to decide. I am still working on these:

    Stan Musial Basic
    Paul Oneill Basic
    Paul Oneill Master

Post War HOF'ers--Although I have no plans to complete that set, I am just collecting the First Ballot HOF'ers and some select others like Harmon Killebrew, Juan Marichal, etc.

    Got any ideas?

Lucas Scan: I paid $12.95 for this card about 3 weeks ago. I was flipping through stores looking at all the PSA 9 cards and came across the Lucas in the PSA-SET-GUY store and purchased it immediately. I was worried they would not honor my purchase considering this tends to be a $150.00-$200.00 card. I got the card no problem.

Matt, why does the Lucas sell for that much?

They were at the end of the sheets and have really bad centering problems.

I kinda figured it was a centering thing but wasn't sure.

    Good job!!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

OH my God!!! Thats amazing! It was obviously a listing mistake on their part. Way to go!

    Congrats on finishing your set.

Lucas and the Checklist are the two toughest cards in the set; Lucas because of centering and the checklist because of centering and printing defects. 12.95 for Lucas was such a gift. I pulled one from a pack that graded 9 and got $180 for it. Nice set you put together.
