Gut check time for the Cards. They dominated the first half and held their own for the first half of the third quarter. Since then they've looked like a "just glad to be here" team.
Right now this looks like postseason experience taking command.
Remember a few years ago when Warner was getting a concussion every week and fumbling on every third play?

Another year, another McNabb failure to get it done in the postseason when it mattered most. The Cardinals were playing a prevent and he still couldn't hit open receivers.
congrats to the Cards and to all of their fans...Also a congrats to the Eagles and to their fans on a great season even though they are the choker specialists...Put them next to the Bills or the Braves on professional sports choker specialists.
unbelievably entertaining gut wrenching game..... congrats and good luck to the cards...
as an eagles fan, Im totally proud of this highly imperfect aging inconsistent squad making a monster comeback and giving every last drop of their blood on the field..
now... if they would have made a good call on that pass interference hood committed instead of swallowing their whistles

<< <i>Positive or negative, this team never ceases to surprise me.
Keep fightin' boys.
But ya gotta make the PAT.
5 point game. >>
Ya hate to see that, but it might not matter - i dunno at this point.
<< <i>A missed PAT and FG earlier...what's going on with Akers? >>
Not that it completely excuses a missed PAT, but that was a terrible hold -- the holder turned the ball so that Akers had to kick the laces.
WOW!!!!!!!!!
Keep fightin' boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<< <i>Terrible playcalling on those last two plays. Eagles offense is rolling; Arizona needs to be thinking 6. >>
I suspect the Cardinals are trying to burn clock or make the Eagles use all their time outs. On third down they have to go for the TD.
[Edit to add: As I hit "send" they did just that...]
<< <i>Time for a McNabb interception... >>
Or a throw behind the back of an open receiver on third down. Time for Donovan to pick up the phone
and call up something on 4th down.

Good luck to the Cards.
Kudos on Buck for finding a way to mention the futility of the Cubs.

<< <i>This will be a good game before it's over, I'm sure of it. >>
Don't think so. You've got a very good QB against a QB that throws bad balls and can't make good decisions. >>
What'd you say? That was a great game.

.....wait'll next year....gonna be a long, cold sports winter.

If the refs didn't blow the call on that kickoff, it might have been 31-6 in a hurry
<< <i>The Eagles were lucky to get there and fought hard to stay in the game.
Good luck to the Cards. >>
