A little eBay help over here please

Buyer makes 4 offers on cards listed with BIN or best offer. I counter on one for $1 less than full asking price with a message "I will accept the other 3 offers if you accept this one". The other 3 offers were for about 60% of BIN price. Buyer rejects counteroffer. I still have plenty of time to accept the other 3 offers. Would you accept the other 3 if you could live with the price but risk the buyer leaving less than perfect feedback since I countered the offer on the 4th card then accepted the other 3?

Don't worry about it... You still have the attorney review process to get out of it. Oh, wait . . . wrong business.

Ditto.
When anybody does anything the slightest bit annoying on EBAY, I
drop them instantly.

In any event, an offer once rejected is gone forever.
While you did not "decline" the offers ala carte through the system,
your contingency offer is a counter-offer that could, at the option of the
potential buyer, be construed as a "decline" of the other 3-offers.
