NEWP William Wyon British Medal 1817

This is an accession medal for George III by William Wyon. It is silver, 25mm and is 8.3g, BHM932 . The latin on the reverse is, "It shines with it's own brillance". If any of you medal guys can add some more information it will be appreciated.

It is extremely rare, "RRR" in silver. Also found in Gilt pattern around the edge or centered. They also occur in Barton's Metal [silver layered on brass on the obverse]. It is for the 50th Anniversary of his ascension.
