Australian Sydney gold sovereign 1858, possible overdate?

Hello to everyone! Please take a close look at this sovereign. Surely the data looks strange (possible 5 over 3) and the F in F : D appears double struck. Ever heard of such a case. Here is the picture:

    Something definately going on with the date. I'm thinking double punched and not overdate.

    I agree with what appears to be a double punched "F", but would need a closeup on the "5" as the punches sometimes did not impress the die properly for whatever reason - after all they were just essentially cranking out bullion with perhaps not the greatest care. I would rate no special added value, just an interesting notation on this coin....
