This seller has sold several of these 1971 racks over the last couple of years...I haven't seen any first hand, though..
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
I'd ask for some better pics ... a scan would be ideal.
The back of the header card shows some age, as does the cello (based upon the small pic but its really hard to tell) In the pic the cello does look a little thick, but again it's hard to tell with such small pics. The seller talks about giving you better pics if you want ... why don't they just put better pics from the start when you are dealing with such a high priced item?
STAY HEALTHY!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
I would like to add that the seller knows something about cards. Notice the front of the cards were scanned with the scanner lid down for a white background and the back side was scanned with the lid open for a black background. Tell the seller that you are a serious buyer and before you place a bid that you feel will win the auction you need to see some scans that are at least 750 pixels wide of the front and back. If he tells you he dosn't know how to do it tell him to send you the original sized scans.
I can see that the Stargell card has that "imfamous" machine loading mark at the middle of the top edge. This mark is common on topps baseball raks from that era. The machine mark is in the right location and correct proportion. This in itself along with the right degree of discoloration of the cellophane indicates that the rak is most likely legit...

RIP GURU
It's false advertisement. The pack clearly states the price is $0.39. I will take 500 of them please.
