I agree with Ken. PCGS really needs to look at that again.
And congratulations, Ken. That is quite an achievement.
Just so we have an image in this post, here is one of mine in PCGS PL68.
It also happens to have outstanding mirrors cameo devices.
It only lacks the designation from PCGS.
Does anyone know if this is still true (or ever was)?
