Chiefs land Piloi

Big move for the Chiefs. I suspect Herm Edwards has coached his last game, although it wouldn't totally surprise me if they let him stay around next year since it's getting late in the coaching carousel this year. But if Piloi knows who he wants and he is available, then Herm is definitely done.

Twice now in 2 years KC has landed the most sought after GM with Dayton Moore and now Piloi. It may be nothing more than high hopes for now, but it's more than we've had in a long time.

    Judging by the overwhelming response to the original post, I assume no one cares that Todd Haley has signed on to be the Chiefs new head coach either.

    Hey, I care, I care!
    Sounds like it was who the Chiefs wanted so I'm all for it.
    Hopefully its going to turn around for them like it is for the Royals.
