J.G. rookie cards in P.S.A. holders worth?

I have 50 90 upper deck JG rookie cards in mint 9 psa holders
& 50 1990 bowman

how much are they worth & are they desirable?

No, there was no 1990 Bowman football issue. 1991 was the first issue in many years.

I'd guess Juan Gonzalez.....dont be surprised what Juan Gonzalez RC's will bring in the long run. I'm a Juan Gone fan myself, many of his tough 90's inserts bring a hefty sum. I wouldn't think his common rookies would bring more than $6 each in Mint and $16 in Gem. There a a few players that had shortened careers due to injuries, he's one of them , as well as Albert Belle. Natural hitters...

Maybe put 25 of each into two separate 50 card lots on eBay...player collectors might eat them up. It seems like a lot of work to sell them individually for little profit. Use a reserve if you need.

I wouldn't run both lots at the same time.

Most base PSA 10 90's cards sell for $10 plus. Most Autos $10-$20. Most auto baseballs $35+. Juan Gone put up great numbers during his 17 year career. 2 time MVP, 6 time Silver Slugger, 3 time All-Star(could be better).

His 162 game average: BA:.295 HR:42 RBI:135

By natural hitter, I mean not Bonds, Canseco, McGwire.....HGH fed players....to sum it up, he's got a following and it wont get any smaller.

Joey is one of my biggest diappointments. When he was playing for my White Sox, he had maybe the most disgustingly awesome two thirds of a season I had ever seen (pre Bonds). I wanted to like him so much. And the fact that so many sportswriters hated him only made me want to like him more.

Alas...it wasn't meant to be. All indications are that he is a garbage human being and a cheater. It sucks.

I hear what you're saying about past sales, but that's only because he has player collectors who still follow him...he will not be a desired player to collect in the future. You can quote me on this:
