Yes, they did. They can be had reasonably cheap on eBay

i believe they did i bought one, i don't remember where but i got it like late that year.

i've seen people have Donald Fehr & Bud Selig sign them; I've also seen them with phony Mickey Mantle signatures on the sweet spot.
