If they're modern (current) packs you can send them to the card co and they'll usually replace them. Have to decide if it's worth your time and a stamp though. Guess that depends on the card(s).
Every year I send at least 1 or 2 cards into the manufacturer. Usually they are Topps Chrome cards that are way OC. They always send me one back in return. Sometimes they're not much better than the ones I sent in, but I still appreciate the service.
I keep a box full of about 5k of them and have a price tag of $25 on it.
That way when someone comes into the store with a glad bag full of about 125 damaged cards from 1994 and "only" want $20 for them, I can show him that he wants too much. <-----True Story
