That looks like O's pitching coach Ray Miller to me.
I did all of it from memory.

The O's would come to the Roch once a season and play the Wings. I used to love going to that game. I don't think I went until 1986, but it's really neat seeing those pics. The old school Perkins ad is awesome. And that Flower City Prining ad was a staple at Silver.
