Triple Play Vintage selling vintage minis?

Over half the cards I've bought from them are short. Really short. The latest I sent back and asked for a refund, and nothing yet, instead he has the cards already back up for sale on his Ebay store.

    Ive purchased from him a few times with mixed results but mostly positive. Out of probably 50 give or take I have purchased, I had 4 come back from PSA as altered. This leads me to conclude that as he is a big dealer of raw, he is purchasing like this and probably not trimming himself. Too much other opportunity to trim.

    The ones that did come back as altered, I contacted him MONTHS later and he sent me full refunds. He is very slow at answering emails. Hang in there. With my experience, he has done me right.

    That is if you are talking from the Triple Play Vintage from Ohio.

    maybe about 10% of the cards ive gotten from him were altered, no big stars just commons.
