Can the rookie quarterback, Joe Flacco overcome Pittsburgh's "steel curtain"?

Will big Ben Roethlisberger do to it again to the Ravens?

Flacco has done an "ok" job at getting the passing game going. he's done a fantastic job at not turning the ball over. He's been able to bounce back from multi sacks , with out getting his feathers flapped.

Ben on the other hand , after he's been bounced a couple of times , is prone to turnovers. He's great on the "play-action".

    Should be a great game.

    Go Ravens.

P.S.--Bob you did a terrible job picking the last 2 weeks. PLEASE pick the Steelers--------for meimage

They are both very good. We'll find out.

  • If you've been following these NFL threads for the last 5 or 6 weeks, I believe I was the first person to start tootin' the Ravens horn. And I won't stop now.

In the regular season, the Steelers somehow managed to win 2 "virtual ties" against the Ravens. Can they win a 3rd time? I don't think so.

The Ravens have nothing to lose -- they've already exceeded everyone's expectation. Now they go on the road, again. The Steelers are expected to win -- so the Ravens will play with reckless abandon.

Outcome: Ravens go to the Super Bowl

As you know, water covers 2/3 of the earth.

Ed Reed covers the other 1/3.
