2008 Football Bowman Chrome vs Topps Chrome

I think I am going to pick up a box of one of these from my local shop in the mourning. Is there an advantage to buying 1 over the other? I am interested in pulling some of the allstar rookie class. Which one of the two gives you more RC's per box?

I've bought a couple boxes of each. I like the Bowman Chrome a little better myself. As far as hit odds, I think they are the same.

If you go with Bowman Chrome, let me know what you get for extra rookies. I need a few for my set. Thanks.

  • It is possible, maybe likely, that a couple of the Topps Chrome RCs will be part of one or more of the all-time registry sets. If there was a Heisman RC in the set it would be part of the Heisman set now. They are both equally cool outside of that.
Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
