1912 Liberty - double punched?

I have seen quite a few Liberty nickels and use http://www.libertynickels.org as a resource in finding variety info, etc. But I can find NO mention of a 1912 being doubled like this. Does anyone have any info about this variety?

According to http://www.libertynickels.org there is only one known variety of the 1912, and this aint' it...

Anyone? It's obviously doubled. I have never seen this severe of doubling on a 1912.
