I'm pretty clueless when it comes to modern, so forgive the naivity.

Is it safe to say that most players' "best" rookie cards in the mid-1990's are from either the SP brand or the SP Authentic brand, barring a couple of exceptions?

SP Authentic and Playoff Contenders seem to be the best from the late 90's.
