How do I set up an ebay store?

My question is, how do I set up an eBay store? There are many cards I have that I would like to sell but I don't necessarily need to sell them right away. I think the best method for me would be to setup an eBay store and list everything with either "buy now" or "make offer" This way I can list the cards and if they sell great, if they don't then no loss either. All the selling I currently do is through the standard auction format.

What steps to I need to do to setup a store and just keep the items I want on there until they sell for the price I set for them.
