This should get forwarded to PSA Sr Management. Probably has legal ramifications.

    EBAY indifference at its best:

Thank you for contacting eBay about starxcards.

I reviewed the information you provided and have taken the appropriate
action in accordance with our listing policies. Violations of eBay's
listing policies can lead to consequences that range from issuing an
informational alert, ending the listing(s), moving the listing(s) to a
more appropriate category, a temporary suspension, an indefinite
suspension or terminating the membership. Repeated violations of eBay's
listing policies can result in the suspension of a member's account.

Due to eBay's Privacy Policy, I am unable to provide you with
information regarding the details of another members account. This is
for the protection of all eBay members.

One of the main purposes for our Keyword Spamming policy is to provide
an efficient search function. This helps bidders find the items they are
looking for quickly and without having to filter out a lot of unrelated
listings - listings that were solely included in the search results
because the listing member included unrelated keywords. We believe that
bidders will be more likely to continue to shop on eBay if they can find
the items they are looking for in a quick and efficient manner.

I appreciate your continued help in keeping eBay a safe and fair place
to trade! Thank you for being part of the eBay community.

    Regards,

  • So what did Ebay say in their reply? I read it twice and still didn't get the just of it. I tried to read it a third time but fell asleep half way through.

Yeah, it sounded like a bunch of MUMBO JUMBO to me too.
  • What it means is they've been notified about violating an Ebay policy. Some people who do it, have no idea they are doing something wrong. It is a friendly warning not to do this in any auctions they list in the future. If they are turned again for the same thing, it becomes an unfriendly warning, with perhaps their auctions being ended. If they continue to do it, then you will have to go to Yahoo to see their PSA? and =PSA auctions.
