Cracking a PSA Wax Pack Slab

Any ideas as to the best way to crack one of the larger PSA slabs that hold the wax packs? I have no problems with the normal holders as a knife in the side seam works just fine for me but with the larger holders it's sealed differently. Anybody with good experience on the best way to open these without causing any damage to the pack?

I used a steam roller and it worked great.It also prevents surface wrinkles from showing.

Crack one of the top corners with a paid of pliers or your teeth then pry it open with a screwdriver.
