If you are a seller of a coin on ebay and have a payment policy would you.

Ok I have a policy for buyers to send payment or pay by paypal within 3/5 days. Is this wrong to do in the first place?
Secondly if a buyer doesn't pay you or answer your emails or just no contact whatsoever from the buyer after 10 days would you sell the coin to someone else that wants it or relist and cut your losses.
I don't know what's going on, but will ebay back me up if I do cancel our auction and this guy leaves a negative, can I get it removed?
Thanks for the help people, you know me I am worried about this new feedback stuff.

<< <i>Best to stick to ebay's rules. Do a NPB after 7 days, wait another 7. DON'T sell it before! >>
actually you have to wait 8 days for the second round but only if the buyer does not repond.
I have switched over to selling "Buy it Now" where I can require immediate payment. Fees are a little higher, but i'm getting a 20% powerseller discount. I always started my auctions at my minimum acceptable price so going the buy it now route hasn't been so bad. Plus you get to list for 30 days for 35 cents and currently get a free subtitle.
I just got tired of waiting on people for people to pay and didn't like having the merchandies tied up for up to 15 days awaiting dispute resolution.

I feel ya, just give me a freaking email/response I can't wait a week or so, but don't stiff me. Plus to save my 100% feedback I have to be nice and kiss buttaa and watch what I say in my emails also. I can feel some of ya about ebay these days, I haven't really sold anything for about a year, just cleaning out some unwanted widgets and now waiting for people that I guess play hard ball.
