I had a problem locating where to find the Quarterly Special too.......... here's how I get to it though:

- 'Submit Coins Now' link off the main page
- 'Customer Service Update' link
- A link for the Quarterly Special is located at the bottom of the page:

No, it hasn't been updated as I type this.
