OT: Anyone else hate the new ESPN website layout?

Just venting since the site has become way to busy and full of ads - it actually hurts my eyes!

I guess their target market is people that buy Ford F150's.

    YES! It's harder to navigate. It's also very slow to load and keeps pausing while loading pages. I am at my office and we have fast internet. Will be even worse at home. yuck!

    It may be an ok look, but it adds an extra level to navigate which is what you don't want to do when you are designing a website.

    The guy that designed Beckett's new site was recently hired by ESPN.

    I actually avoid it now. It's not my favorite place to go.

    I just go to NFL.com or MLB.com instead. I find them way more user friendly

    I think it is much better. No embedded video on the front page may get me to check in on them once and a while.

    front page is flagged as an advertisement so it gets blocked by my browser.... all the evidence i need to no longer visit it.

    The no video's are a plus for the new site but all the other so called changes I think stink!

    i have not gone to ESPN.com in years. i usually just go to yahoo sports or MLB.com

    The Ford adds are annoying but it is actually authored now for wide screen monitors. I will have to try it on for awhile. Whenever a favorite site changes my first reaction is negative since I am a creature of habit. Overtime I will get a better opinion of the change.

    Every time espn or yahoo upgrades their site I get all pissed off until I realize I'll get used to it in about 4 days.

    Most if not all of what ESPN touches eventually is ruined. I haven't watched a Sports Center in years or their horrible FB shows. Berman makes my ears bleed.
