PCGS pays the initial shipping cost ? Do you have to be a member ? >>
Just to clarify, you have the ship the coins to PCGS at your expense, and you have to include payment for return shipping costs, at the rates printed on the submission form. My prior understanding is that you do not have to be a Collectors Club member to do this (I am a CC member), but I may be wrong. However, you cannot access the forms without being a CC member or authorized dealer. I would e-mail PCGS customer service for any further clarification.

You pay shipping to PCGS and yes, you must be a member. The alternative is to submit through a friendly dealer.
