60/40 centering help looking at two scans

I have a real problem with deciding whether something falls within the limits of 60/40 centering. Can you please let me know if these two cards fall within those limits? Thanks

Both appear to be better than 60/40 (Emmitt t/b and Marvin l/r). Some may say they appear OC, but without measuring pixels, I'm pretty sure you're looking at about 56/44 on the Emmitt and around 58/42 on the Marvin.

Using JRuler, the Marvin appears to be a little worse than 40/60 l/r, and is closer to 38/62, when measuring the lower half of the card.

I think w/o looking at a jruler that the Emmitt T/b is worse then 60/40 JMHO.

You can pick a up a PSA 10 1990 Fleer Update Emmitt for about $30.00

I wouldn't send either of those cards in. The eye appeal is just not there.
