Halftime, and the game's just about over -- can anybody beat the RAVENS in the playoffs?

* The Ravens don't mind playing on the road
* A decent running attack controls the game
* Defense wins big games

This year's Ravens look much like their team that won the Super Bowl eight years ago.

    Any time I watch that defense play, I don't understand how they ever lose games.

    Close to the end of the 3rd quarter Ravens ahead 20-3 and they just intercepted Pennington for the 4th time today.

    The Dolphins need to get their act together and soon.....

    eagles/ravens would make for maybe the ugliest super bowl of all time.

    Hmmm, I see that ldferg is from Tennersee -- that explains his comment.

    Should be an exciting game next Saturday, ldferg. The Ravens vs the Titans is really a bitter rivalry (going back about 8 or 10 years).

    Fan of whoever, I will give you props for Baltimore, they have/are doing much better than I gave them credit for.

    Tennessee vs Baltimore should be a great game, I think the winner of that one should be in the Super Bowl.

    yes, i am from TN. looking forward to saturday. both teams are very similar. flacco has started showing some poise the last few games. he may end up being better than some thought. good luck.

    Thanks, perkdog. This year's Ravens are so similar to the Ravens that won the SB in 2001 -- different personnel, but the exact same mold.

    David , What area of TN are you from ? I used to live in the eastern portion ( Bristol--Kingport) of TN. I still have lots of relatives still there. I'm what most people would refer too as a cultured hillbillie. I'm the only one in my family that doesn't listen to country, no accent , etc , etc.

    I will meet you on the boards next week. could be a good game.

    That's the question I asked last weekend. It's beginning to look like the answer might be NO!

    Too bad a couple of the Ravens starters got hurt today. We'll see how that effects the team next weekend.

    From everything I've been reading this week, nobody picks the Ravens to win today in Pittsburgh.

    Since I've been tooting the Ravens horn for 4 or 5 weeks, I'm gonna give it one more toot: Ravens advance to the Super Bowl! image
