For Raw Coin Buyers on eBay

How closely do you check for PVC on your coins when you receive. Do you return said coins if PVC is noted, or do you simply clean the PVC if found?

I check them everytime, if found and not to heavy I just dip it to neutralize it (done a few times), if too heavy and the coin is damaged from the pvc, I will just destroy the coin (havent had to do this yet), I dont return items on ebay, 1. Its usually a hassle. 2. I consider it to be a auction, and not a retail store, so if I dont look at the pictures or pay attention to the description then its on me, therefore a no need to return. Thats how I do it on the bay when buying raw.
