Sure they could all win, and against the spread the odds are exactly the same that they all could lose.
A number of years ago I saw in a sports gambling magazine that they took all the college and pro football games for the previous five years, and against the spread the dogs won 50.1% of the time and the favorites won 49.9% of the time.
