Any idea what this 1595 coin is?

This coin is 20mm and dated 1595, that is all I know.

The style of your coin suggests that it was struck by one of the states up in northern Italy.I think it could be from Ferrara.
Unfortunately,there isn't a Krause catalogue for pre-1601 coins though.

I know its not a British coin but the reverse looks a lot like Britannia.
The effigy of Britannia was probably inspired by the Roman coins of Hadrian and Antoninus Pius
which were minted around the second century A.D.
