Good luck. Something about the coin does not look original to me, though.

I sent in my quarterly freebie, too. I did not have anything special, but the best thing I could think of sending was my 1934 Washington quarter with DDO. Should grade AG3. I picked it out of a junk box for $3.00.

How do you send it in? Does it have to be on a submission form by itself? Does you need to pay the handing fee?

I sent a dumb one in for my CC special. It's a 1946-S/S quarter. FS-501. I already had sent it to ANACS and got MS64 and the attribution. Stupid to sink more money into a coin that isn't worth that much to begin with. But I had the box of submissions ready to go and it was the first coin I found with a president on it. In retrospect, I had better options.

Just like any other submission but write "CC SPECIAL" on the outside of the box/envelope and also on the submission form.

I live in SoCal, so the shipping was only one day each way, probably helped speed up the process a bit. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!
