Cool Washington Medal

Among the photos I shot for Coinosaurus today was this Washington Medal of Washington's Medals. This is a very cool piece. None of the medals pictured on the medal are intelligible as anything in particular.

A google search of the key words "Washington Cabinet of U.S. Mint medals" will provide a link to a list that I have located previously of some of the medals which were included in the subject of this medal, Baker- 326A(Bronze). This medal also struck in Silver(B-326) and Yellow Bronze(B-326B). Also cataloged in R.W. Julian's "Medals of the U.S. Mint" as MT-23. The Washington Cabinet of U.S. Mint medals was inaugurated February 22,1860 by order of Director James Ross Snowden.
