Anyone ever sell coins to the New York Mint (Located in Minnesota)

They always have ads in the CDN offering Bid+ for "Fresh BU" Morgan Dollars. Supposedly this is for your typical low-MS Morgans you find in rolls.

They appear to be a "Littleton" type outfit, so I wonder if you send them coins, if they just pick them over and send back most of them.
