Should Unique Shopping Network make good on coin purchase?

In late November I made an order to the Unique Shopping Network for a 5 PCGS MS70 Buffalo Gold coins. They charged my credit card and still showed availability. I made 2 more seperate orders on the same coin on different days in early December. They charged my credit card and I waited for the coins. About 2 weeks later I called to check up and see when they did or will ship and they told me to not worry, the order would go out no later that 30 days. I waited and called after the 30 days when nothing showed up. They told me then that there was some undefined problem and they might cancel all of my orders. I complained and they took the matter up with the boss who said he would straighten up the situation but I am still in limbo now with the Holidays slowing everything up. I would like opinions as to whether there is an ethical or legal duty to fill my order if they charged me and sat on that money for over a month.
Gold and silver are valuable but wisdom is priceless.

They can't hold your money. Doesn't sound like they are trying to hold it though.
They also can't, I believe, be held accountable to getting the coins for you if they offer to refund your money instead. In other words, you can't hold someone's feet to the fire and demand they get it for you.
I would drop them and move on.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
