Who knows 57 Topps Football Cards: Error Quest?

Good Day,
SMR for this set lists Three different cards for #58 Willard Sherman: one with No Team Name, one with Team Name, and one with Error.
What is the Error card?

Far as I know, the card with no team name is the error. It's much rarer than the card with the team name. I think SMR is mistaken.
