MPL Guys; How about some diagnostics on the 1911 Lincoln?

Any unique marks or strike characteristics that I can look for? If it's a questionable call, I'll post photos. Thanks, Shag.

First check what it says on the slab.

Seriously......The Y in Liberty will have extra metal inside the top of the Y, like two small die chips.
small die crack near top of right hand wheat ear extending to rim.

If its not slabbed thick square outer rims will be obvious.

ambro51 and Brian, Thanks for the great info.! Alas, I believe mine to be a business strike. Had the matte look, defined rims, but not one of the diagnostics. Did I read about a Matte Proof book being assembled by one or more of the forum members? I would be interested in a copy when it becomes available. Shag
