Need help on a TTM address....please read

Hi Everyone, I got a blaster box for Xmas that my wife got me for Xmas. Nothing special about the box, but she said she let our 3 year old boy Wyatt pick it out for me, which actually makes it very special to me. It was a 2008 UD Baseball Series One blaster box and it had one of the Rudy Giuliani cards in it. So I thought it would be neat to go for a TTM and I would put it away for my son when he gets older.

Does anyone who does lots of TTM's have access to Rudy Giuliani's TTM address or how to get his auto?

I would be very appreciative for any help.

Wouldn't bother with Jo Jo. Looks like he doesn't sign TTM.
