? on Krause pricing on VIP British proofs

I've been offered a 1960 VIP 1/2d at a fraction over the 2009 Krause catalogue value. How accurate is Kause for these things? What are they listed for in the UK catalogues?

Should I pull the trigger? image

My Krause is a 2007 edition listing it at $300, which seems pretty low.

These have and are being revised upward, and are conservative. The problem is that not all are created equal. If you had a gem red piece, say the equivalent of PCGS 65 then the coin ought to be worth 500-600. I actually know these very well for 20th C. and you can PM me if you require more information.
