I really thought they let Tim out too early after being in ICU. It's all about the bottom dollar at a injured persons expense.
Fight for your rights people. You have a limit on every visit or surgery you have and it is not right. Some people do take advantage of the system but those/I who pay our money and follow the rules are the ones that get less proper treatment.
Be strong Tim and my prayers are still strong for ya.
An update for all that have sent PM’s with concern for my Son and Daughter:
My Son is doing much better, he returned to the Orthopedic Specialist yesterday and is making a very rapid recovery. The Doctor’s were amazed that he even survived the injuries he sustained, let alone has made such a rapid recovery. The prognosis for his other injuries looks very well.
He still has no recall of the incident, the amount or significance of the Brain injury is still to be determined, other than some confusion about events just before and after the accident he seems to be doing fine. Time will tell.
My Daughter is also doing well, she has taken some time off from work to pick up some of the pieces of her life and seems to be handling the events the best she can. She has spent some time with her brother and has forgiven him for the accident. Again Time will tell how she is able to handle all that has happened.
I would like to take the time to thank everyone that was involved in wishing them well and praying for them, it proves that God really does listen and does answer prayers.
Again, Thanks to all of you for your concern.

I have NOT heard back from him since. I AM concerned so please, don't stop praying yet.
I can just about picture what happened but will keep it to myself, for now. Here's the post:

Warren,
I'm sorry to hear about your mother, I will keep her in my prayers.
Have to go now, my Son was just taken back to the ER with breathing trouble, more when I know,
Tim

He needs "help" - lots of it and the sooner, the better
If anyone here has ever or knows anyone that has ever endured
such a set of circumstances, you know of the deep psychological scarring.
This type of hurt is far worse than physical injuries.
The physical will heal with time however -
Living with the reality of what transpired is unimaginable.
If anyone reading this is in a position to help get this young man the type help he needs, please DO!
Thank you,

Prayer is indeed quite powerful for those who believe.
