"Ex" as in used-to-be "Pert" as in short for pertinent...
Re: Slabbed coins - There are some coins that LIVE within clear plastic and wear their labels with pride... while there are others that HIDE behind scratched plastic and are simply dragged along by a label. Then there are those coins that simply hang out, naked and free

Mad one, you have almost right.
To be a great Masterbaiter you must hook your fish strongly while pulling on your pole up and down slowly. When everything is in sequence that bait on your pole tends to spit out the slimmy stuff that comes with Mastering your bait.
