Matt did a lot of work putting the secret santa stuff together. It sucks that a few people didn't get their gifts, but you can't expect this number of people to get together and not have some bumps.
For this, I'm going to delay getting into the Emmitt Smith master set game, just to give Matt all the chances he needs to complete his sets before my big money gets involved!

You're not allowed to do that now down here in Florida. At least in Pinellas county that is.

There was this one old lady that got tired of cutting her yard and had it all ripped out. In it's place she had an astro-turf like carpet put throughout the enitre yard.

It looked great! They made her rip it up though. Homeowners associations :eyeroll:

I was just kidding Matt, however when we bought our house 10 years ago there were a couple of brand new houses that we looked at that had river rock for yards. And I would swear last year when I was in Port Charlotte there were a few houses I went by that didn't have real yards.
